15 years old, resident of Morioh. He attends the Budogaoka high-school (ぶどうヶ丘高校). Koichi comes off as a shy, and anxious teen. Koichi's friendliness and overall politeness toward any stranger and acquaintance is his most admirable trait. However, sometimes the meek boy can snap when pushed to far. On the rare occasion Koichi becomes irritated, he becomes abrasive, violent and vulgar. Koichi weilds the stand "Echoes" 『エコーズ』that has three acts which he can use interchangeably. Koichi is Japanese.
