So with the help of The Eye, Basira, and some local anesthesia, you managed to cut the bullet out of her. But local anesthesia can only do so much for someone you're doing non-consensual surgery on, and even though the bullet was out, you still managed a knife wound to the shoulder before you could even process Melanie's scream of panic.
