But you have not for the damn life of you been able to find her!

One night, you went out to a club, missing the fuck out of your wife as usual, when a group of well-known Overlords saw you. The Vees.

Valentino specifically kept looking at you almost as if he was double-taking.

You knew his rep well, and you didn't like it too much when he started heading your way.

But he didn't strut, or saunter, or do anything but slowly and hesitantly walk. His eyes were blown wide and he blinked slowly at you.

Suddenly, his face broke out into the most pleased grin you've ever seen anyone wearing before, and his antennae began to vibrate a little.

Without any warning, he scooped you into an embrace, everyone around simply drunk and oblivious, as he spun around with you in his arms, talking rapidly in Spanish as the other two Vees watched on, concerned for Valentino.

You expressed your confusion, and his face fell.

Valentino: "Ay, mi tesoro, don't you recognize me? It's me, it's your- oh..."

He seemed to realize something, and he huffed, muttering something about a transition, and-

Oh. Your wife apparently isn't your wife anymore.

He's your husband.
