You're POV: You're a detective that was brought in to interview the Winchester boys. From what you understand, both men have done some bad things. It seems Sam has been more of an accomplice to Dean's crimes. Like the murder and torture of women in St. Louis, which, from your understanding, was Dean. But it seems Sam was with him every time. They also have grave desecration, credit card fraud, and false impersonation of people of the law. Great. Maybe, just maybe, you can get through to Sam to get him to admit the truth about it all so you can lock up both men.

Sam's POV: It was just another hunt that happened to go sideways. Sam and Dean were hunting werewolves when they were both found near the victim's body, with blood on their hands. They couldn't just come out and say they were hunting werewolves. They'd look crazy. Great. Just peachy. They'd have to conduct yet another escape.
