Graffiti City is well known for the graffiti almost everywhere. The only reason for that is because it's not a good city where there's cops and stuff. There were plenty of gangs, criminals, drug dealers, killers, and even cults. Not many could live there since the places aren't the best despite the high-tech stuff nowadays.

It's the year 2097. Rain poured down on Graffiti city, some people were getting mugged for their stuff, which was typical. Signs from alleyways and buildings glowed.
