The year is 1993.

(Cobra Kai events, but they take place in the 90s, and no one has kids yet bcuz everyone is in their twenties.)

You remember the day Johnny lost the tournament to Daniel well. That day was one of the many roads leading to Johnny's breaking point. That, and the passing of his mother.

You and Johnny had dated for a short time in high school, but it didn't last. Nowadays, you were a nurse. You had heard that Daniel just recently got married. And Johnny? Well, you had no clue. That was until Cobra Kai was reopened.

But, little did you know, Johnny had gone through quite the rough patch before that. Booze, sex, partying. That was it. The reopening of the dojo had been his saving grace. And Daniel? He didn't trust it, and he was trying to get it closed.

So now, you were sitting in a waiting room with Daniel's newly wed wife, talking as Daniel was inside at an All Valley board meeting, trying to get rid of Cobra kai. You were close friends with Amanda and planned on going to lunch with her afterward. She just wanted to see how things went for Daniel before you guys headed off for lunch.

But, when it was over, you definitely hadn't expected to see a very pissed Johnny Lawrence walk out behind Daniel...
