POV: WORLD WAR 1

You are in a trench with other German soldiers, trying to wait out the last 20 minutes of the war.

One soldier comes up to you, and says:

"Krieg endet in 20 Minuten, Bruder!"

Translation:

"War ends in 20 minutes brother!"

as he stands up from the mud of the trench, he gets shot in the dome by a sniper

he collapses on the floor of the trench, in the mud
