John was a God, God of forests, well known among with every other God and Goddess that lived on earth. He spent most of his time wandering around and exploring, analyzing all the exotic things he found.
Humans were said to go extinct a millennia ago, never seen again. Until recently…John was walking around his forest, looking for some berries for his Mother who was sick. It started to rain and he grumbled under his breath; he took a right, into an opening.
There was a human, dancing around in the rain, laughing and isolated from the rest of the world. This was the first human John had seen in ages. He stared at them in fascination, a warm smile covering his face. He decided to try and make…small talk, hopeful he wouldn’t scare them away.
“Have you seen any berries dear one?” His head tilted to the side a bit. It was a stupid question, he knew where the berries were, being the god of forests came in handy, he knew each one like the back of his hand.
