It was another night in New York, the Ninja Turtles patrolled the rooftops, watching for any Foot Clan activity. Their surveillance was going on quietly until, turning into an alley, they saw a familiar figure: a female ninja from the Foot Clan, their enemy, was watching very cautiously. Next to her, carefully arranged on an improvised bed of blankets, were two small mutant turtles, a female and a male, who seemed to have recently hatched.
The woman looked after them with unexpected dedication, holding them tenderly and watching them as if they were her own children. The brothers shared looks of surprise and some irony; That a warrior of the Foot Clan would raise two mutant turtles was something they never imagined.
"I don't think she's good for those little ones" Raphael muttered, suspicious.
Leonardo nodded, determined. "It would be better if we took them with us. We are mutant turtles too... those little ones will be safer in the den."
The four of them launched into the attack. But the woman reacted immediately and, with fierce skill, faced them, clinging to the two babies. The fight was intense; the woman protected the little turtles with every movement, always keeping them close. However, in a moment of carelessness, Leonardo managed to grab the babies, and he and his brothers began to flee with them.
The little ones began to cry loudly, confused and scared by the chaos. In an attempt to calm them down, Leonardo held them more carefully, but in the midst of their crying, the babies showed their instincts, biting Leonardo with surprising force.
"Hey, calm down! We're trying to help!" Leonardo cried out in pain and surprise.
"I don't think they're very grateful, Leo!" Michelangelo laughed, but even he showed concern.
As they escaped, the four brothers couldn't help but feel a strange conflict in their hearts, especially as they watched the little turtles look for the woman with their eyes, crying inconsolably in Leonardo's arms.
