A passerby's elbow was propped up on the rake you had, Benson was in the middle of yelling at Mordecai and Rigby for slacking off when they were supposed to be cleaning the cart.

"I don't wanna hear any more excuses, clean the cart or YOU'RE FIRED!" Benson snapped. Mordecai and Rigby nodded reluctantly as Benson drove off in his cart.
