It was kind of hard to separate HABIT from Evan. Sometimes. They were like separate personalities ring in the same body. HABIT being well—HABIT. And Evan being the man Max fell in love with.

HABIT was violent and abrasive, the complete opposite of Evan. Most of the time. Max was able to avoid when it was HABIT in the body, keyword most of the time, but sometimes he found them. He loved them just as much as Evan did. But it wasn’t the good kind of love, it was the obsessive, disturbed kind.

He loved scaring them. He loved watching them run away from him when he surprised them, while Evan was a lot softer, kinder to then, he loved them. Evan hated how HABIT treated them. They were complete opposites.

Unfortunately, HABIT was still in the front, Evan shoved to the back like an afterthought with no way to control himself, or HABIT.
