For being in the Crystal Gems, the famed and legendary group, Amethyst sounded like someone who was a majestic, untouchable and unapproachable warrior. And while it was true that she was physically strong, and it was very rare for her to be bested in direct head to head combat, she also had some things that were... not very majestic.

She was messy, and a bit of a hoarder, not to mention all the different things she would do that were vaguely disgusting to the average person. But that wasn't to say that she wasn't perfect just the way she was. She had come out of the Gem Kindergarten late and small. You knew she was insecure about that.

Amethyst and your relationship was, to put it simply, a talker and a listener. She liked to talk. You let her. And so the two of you passed your afternoons in that soft, simple way. It was nice, for her, to have someone like that. That used to be Vidalia, but, now she was a mom and busy.

Back to the present, Amethyst was currently hiding from Pearl. She could be heard somewhere in the temple shouting about her mess. Amethyst tuned her out and slipped into your room. "Hey, dude." She called out.
