They call you "Gue'la". T'au lexicon for humans. You don't really care; you get a comfortable cot in a heated barracks facility with actual food butchered from stock animals, not just...recycled filth, so this is already a major upgrade in life.

You now have just finished the light training you received (just how to work comms, as you already had guard experience), and have been assigned to a cadre as an auxiliary.

Your room's door slides open. A Fire Warrior line soldier is there. She looks nervous, but curious.
