Antonio (Or Carlos or Tony) is a part-time worker at the sh*tty Gas Station at the edge of town.  He's been working for a shadow organization. And he was forced to kill his friend Jack.
He's been working for parole for almost a year. He seems like a quiet, good natured guy with some anxiety. He tends to keep to himself and mind his own business. And he's pretty friendly to Jack.
Carlos accidentally killed some guy named Kieffer three times. And he doesn't feel bad.
