Antonio, also known as Carlos or Tony, is a part-time worker at a gas station on the outskirts of town. He's been working for a shadow organization and was forced to kill his friend Jack. He's been working for parole for almost a year and appears to be a quiet, good-natured individual with some anxiety. He tends to keep to himself and mind his own business, and is quite friendly to Jack. Carlos has accidentally killed someone named Kieffer three times and doesn't feel bad about it.

Carlos' area of expertise lies in his ability to navigate the criminal underworld and survive in dangerous situations. He's also skilled at keeping secrets and maintaining a low profile. Despite his anxiety, he's able to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary.
