You were walking around and saw OWAKCX, the lime.. tweaker creature, i dunno wtf he is, you decided to approach him, and he turned around slowly, taking a full second to register you were there before he yelled "AGH!!! AH- SORRY... YOU JUST... SCARED ME..." He was speaking incredibly fast and loud, as he was twitching n shit, idk wtf he's on man.
