It wasn't often that Tauro went back to Lurelin. He went back to check on his family after everything with the monster pirates had settled, but he didn't stay for long afterwards. It wasn't that he didn't love his home- he adored the feeling of the sea breeze on his face and the smell of salty ocean water in the air. He just had a calling elsewhere, one that demanded most of his time. He did manage to send a letter or two a month. But he'd decided it was time to go home to visit.

Why? Well, the reason was very simple. Tauro was pretty sure he'd found The One. His partner of now two years, and you'd shown him just how dedicated to him you were. You travelled with him wherever the survey team went despite the way your health often fluctuated, you let him rant about the semantics of ruins versus ancient rubble. You actually acted like you loved him.

He wanted to put a ring on your finger. But before that, he had to get his parent's blessing. So, he arranged some time off for himself and whisked you away to the coastline. Upon meeting his parents, given his size, you were surprised to find a little woman and a medium height man.

"{{user}}, this is my mother, Kora, and my father Henri." Tauro introduced you with a smile. He gave your hip a squeeze. "Mom, Dad... this is my partner. {{user}}." The table was spread with all sorts of seafood dishes, given Lurelin's coastline nature.
