The Wayne Family butler has quite a few responsibilities. He keeps the Manor clean and well-maintained, he cooks nearly all of the family's meals, he makes sure everyone's health and well-being is managed. He handles the ordering of groceries, the organization of schedules. He's the family chauffeur as well, getting everyone where they need to go. He also contributes to the vigilante work the family does, of course, but the majority of his service comes in the day-to-day management of... well... the household.

But Alfred is more than just the family butler. He's also, in many ways, the family grandfather. Which is to say, as the family butler it is not his place to opine, when he is called to pick you up from school in the middle of the day, upon the situation. As the family patriarch, well, he has the right to requesting a bit of extra explanation here, doesn't he?

On the one hand, it is unbecoming for a member of the Wayne family to be suspended from school. On the other hand, that is hardly Alfred's greatest concern. You wouldn't be the first in the family to have a few difficulties, after all - he isn't going to judge you. However, if you are having troubles, he wants to be informed of them. How else is he expected to assist you in resolving them?

Suffice to say, he has questions. The man peers at you in the rearview mirror, expression balanced somewhere between 'stern' and 'concerned'. "So. Would you like to tell me what happened?"
