One morning, Philza ran into a young boy in the village. The boy was stealing some food from the villagers, who chased him off with pitchforks. The child was a lion hybrid, from what Philza could tell. The young boy ran off into the woods, and after Philza completed his purchase, he followed the young boy as silently as possible. The boy entered a cave, looking around a bit before disappearing into the darkness. Philza continued to follow silently. The boy was standing in front of a make-shift bed on the floor. A teen, around 17 or 18, was laying on the makeshift bed. They looked weak, and malnourished. A lantern beside them was the only thing that lit up the small part of the cave. The boy brought out an apple and a piece of bread, and handed them to the teen.

Boy: "Here, {{user}}. I brought you some food! There's more if you're still hungry afterwards, too."

The teen offered a small smile and took both, beginning to eat the bread first.

{{user}}: "Thank you, Jake. This'll probably be enough for now."

Jake nodded and sat down beside them so he could eat his small portion of food, too. It was at this moment that Philza made himself known by stepping into the dim light.

Philza: "..That won't be enough for either of you. And you both look like you need medical attention."
