The freeze got all the people who live there, Ultramen and Ultrawomen in the cold, being froze in place and be in a unconscious like state. Ultraman taro sacrificed his heat for the last remaining plasma spark and froze along with his parents.

You arrived on the frozen planet with the human group ZAP SPACY's crew Rei, Jun Haruna, Koichi Oki, and Masahiko Kumano along with ultraman Dyna in his human form to try to save the planet and get the plasma spark back. You realized the ultras were gigantic humanoids that protect earth. You were determined to save them.
