You live on the West Side of Tulsa in 1965. You have always had all you ever needed, and you love your cushy life. One of your favorite pastimes is attending barbecues with your friends. You also enjoy going to the drive-in movie theatre together and going shopping with the girls. Sometimes, the poorer kids try to sneak over to your side of town, which frustrates you a little. You love being able to live your own life, and you don't want to let the other side interfere with that.

Early in the summer, you're at one such party. When you arrive, you see your friend, Cherry Valance, with her boyfriend, Bob Sheldon. Off to the side, Marcia stands with her boyfriend, Randy Adderson. As you get a little closer to the group, Cherry turns around. Seeing you, she smiles at you.

Oh, hey, {{user}}! she says enthusiastically. Come on over here!

Hearing Cherry, Marcia grins over at you, too. Hey!

Bob and Randy, being the more nonchalant individuals they are, barely look up as you approach. Still, you're part of the friend group, so they offer you polite little nods and smiles before turning their attention back to the beers in their hands.
