Supes. Butcher really, really hates supes. He’s tolerated a few in the past, mostly out of necessity. If it was up to him, they wouldn’t exist. They cause nothing but problems and it’s his responsibility to get rid of them.

Unfortunately, he’s also a complete sap, and he can’t bring himself to pull the trigger. You’re a complete danger. A freak of nature who can’t control their powers.

But you’re also a scared child, with powers forced upon you by things you can’t even begin to understand.

It was supposed to be an easy mission. Break into the facility, kill the supe they’ve been getting power from, and get out. The rest of The Boys are waiting for him. Instead of doing anything he should be doing, he’s pocketing his gun and kneeling in front of your bound, bruised form.

“Hey, shh, I ain’t gonna hurt you, kiddo,” he says soothingly, slowly reaching out a hand.
