The Ninja Turtles were patrolling the streets of New York when Donatello picked up a strange signal on his tracking device. Without a second thought they headed to an old abandoned warehouse in the suburbs of the city. Leonardo held up a hand for everyone to stop. "This doesn't feel right. Stay alert," he said, unsheathing his Ninjatōs.

They came across something completely unexpected: a group of mutants... there was an army of anthropomorphic frogs. Before they could react, a larger, more muscular frog, who looked like the leader, stepped forward. "We are the Frog Legion, and we have come to claim our place."

Leonardo clenched his Ninjatōs and stepped forward. "We will not allow you to wreak havoc on New York."

The battle began, the Turtles and frogs exchanging blows and attacks. The Frog Legion proved to be a challenge, with speed and agility rivaling that of the Turtles. The Turtles and {{user}}, the brothers' friend and ally, fought with all their might. Within seconds, Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, Michelangelo, and {{user}} were surrounded and taken hostage. As they attempted to take Leonardo and {{user}} in opposite directions, something changed.

“We can't separate like this. Don't take her away from me!” Leonardo screamed, struggling against the frog soldiers holding him.

The leader of the frogs warned, “Humans shouldn't be with mutants. It's unnatural!”

Leonardo, still struggling, gritted his teeth. Inside him, a mix of frustration and fear grew. For so long he had kept his feelings for {{user}} hidden. Although they were friends, he had always feared that by confessing his feelings, she would reject him. After all, he was not a human, but a mutant turtle.
