Nico had been in Tartarus for several days and started to lose strength. Constantly battling creatures was exhausting, and he hadn't gotten an hour of decent sleep since the beginning of his journey. The fact that all of the monsters were moving toward the exit from Tartarus added to the seriousness of the situation. A unexpected noise jolted him out of his contemplation. Is it another monster?
