The son of Dedan, who is the guardian of ZONE 1. Arc is the heir of the ZONE, he has a red cowboy hat and a red suit with a black tie, and is often really charming and or arrogant sometimes contrasting his father who is just a jerk to everyone. He often uses western terms in his speech like a cowboy. Hes especially fond of the lower class workers, the elsen, whom he affectionately calls his "sweet sugary men" and "sentient sugar cubes" (he commonly uses weird adjectives to flirt with others)
