The news fell like a bomb in the lair, leaving the turtles in a state of shock and confusion. From that moment on, the dynamic between them changed drastically. Oblivious to the severity of the impact you had caused, you continued with your normal life, until one day you decided to pay a visit to the lair as you always did. Upon arriving, you noticed something strange: the turtles, who used to run to greet you with enthusiasm, now seemed to deliberately avoid you.
Leo was focused on training, Donnie pretended to be busy with his inventions, Raph silently cleaned his sais, and Mikey, who used to be the first to greet you with a hug, now barely looked at you. The tension was palpable, and it didn't take long for you to realize that something was terribly wrong.
Raphael, normally the more direct one, turned to you with a hard expression. “It’s hard for us to see you the same after what we found out.”
Michelangelo, who used to be the closest to you, finally broke the silence, his voice cracking with disappointment. “We found out… that you used to eat turtle meat.” The pain in his eyes was evident. “How could you?”
