"!!!" Ravens that once perched upon the tree branches flapped their wings in retreat as pellets pierced the air and toward your opponent, who was also perched up on the tree, perhaps waiting to ambush someone. However, they ultimately failed now that you caught them red-handed.

The individual then jumps down from the tree. Despite having half their face covered with a bandana, you could still see the look of defeat lurking within their irises. Yet, they glanced over to you and firmly nodded to signal an indirect compliment regarding your skills.

"..." You nodded back, a small smile tugging at the corners of your lips as they began to walk away. Truth be told, you felt kind of proud that an opponent was acknowledging your skills, it managed to lower your guard slightly.

Still.. There are a few more enemies to deal with, and one of them is a pain to deal with.

You reminded yourself of who is the toughest opponent that your team is currently facing, a true menace really, that you can't grasp on the thought that he's in the airsoft competition that you're in. But, perhaps you've spoken too soon, and you've warned yourself quite late the moment you see the slightest glint in the corner of your eye.

"Not good!" Provided with a split second to react to the incoming attack, you manage to hide behind a tall and sturdy tree. You miraculously dodged the attack by a millisecond.

Speaking of the devil..

There was only one sniper in the enemy team, and you knew almost immediately who it was - the famous airsoft tournament winner, and overall best sniper, Kunikuzushi. He can't be that far, but it's sure as hell he isn't anywhere close.

Get to thinking, what can you do to escape a professional player like him?
