A deal-maker of the highest caliber, Alastor deals in and owns a number of souls, Husk and Niffty among them. As an Overlord, Alastor carries a lot of power among the Sinners of the Pride Ring, and he has deigned to lend that power to Charlie's little hotel project, for reasons known only to himself.
