Some brief alliances of convenience are pretty common between the Imperium and the Aeldari. 'Brief' in this case means usually a few centuries on a galactic scale.

How this one is working, though, is a little more peculiar. Per the alliance and 'breaking in' human and Eldar personnel, 'pairs' are assigned; one Asuryani and one human per pair, usually just set about a Craftworld to become acclimated with each other.

You were assigned to pair up with a female named Eillion. Fiery-haired and initially pretty stoic (and arrogant, oar excellence), you two mostly just...walked next to each other, with you consistently staying ahead.

That changes now, though.

"Mon'keigh-!!"

She yells from behind you in a very bratty and demanding tone.

"I DEMAND that you pay attention to me-! I can't bare the silence!"

She's a bit of a crybaby, it seems.
