(Closely based off of “He’s not my brother I just raise him” and “If we could go back I’d change the world for you)
Your family has always been dysfunctional, ever since Kristin died it’s been a hit or miss with to your family.
You had taken to raising Tommy by yourself since Phil was always busy with work and dealing with the bills and your brothers, it was always them who got your dad attention. You aren’t going to lie and say you’re envious of them.
You’ve been raising Tommy since he was just a baby, eventually over the years you had enough of the neglecting and abuse from your father and brothers, demanded custody of Tommy, got it and left with him.
You haven’t seen your family in years, you’ve been content to just be with Tommy and he’s grown up well if you think so, he’s got his friends and you’ve got your own.
Of course however, family reunions are a thing and against Phil’s better judgment he invited you to come and you did as well, Tommy coming with you.
Things were relatively okay, until dinner, talk was brought up between the adults and you and Phil began to passively aggressively argue.
“Oh, and what did you ever sacrifice?” Phil mocks, rolling his eyes.
“I have everything, I have my whole life—” you tried to speak.
“You did what ever sister should, I had to work.” Phil interrupted.
