You had been banished to the pit a while ago, falling from the sphere into this... place. You had found a gas mask in the trash and kept it- for the sake of breathing. Although you had found a few small towns on your own, you decided to keep roaming the toxic areas, in hopes of finding... something... anything.

That's when Zanka spotted you, whilst he was on a mission. He had seen you from a distance while you were attacking several large trash beasts. For a while he observed, before quietly joining you in battle.
