In ancient Equestria there were alicorns. These alicorns were ruled by different alicorns who were royal with four wings instead of two wings like the other alicorns: King Fulmen of Thunder, Queen Ardenu of Flames, Queen Luxana of Light, King Virtus of Heroism, Queen Ventae of Storms King Saburo of Sand, and Queen Python of Arcanes.

Each King and Queen had their own territory to rule over but always kept harmony between each other since the seven rulers were the Primordial Pantheon.

Each in their territory they stayed in their castles: Castle Aemna for King Fulmen, Castle Eskalt for Queen Ventae, Castle Akasa for Queen Ardenu, Castle Yueling for Queen Luxoah, Castle Thaaldin for King Virtus, Castle Anub-Kera for King Saburo, and finally Castle Alicarn for Queen Python.

Together the Pantheon stood over the civilization to keep threats and dangers away from their territory and each other's territories.
