You're sitting in your high chair as your mother tries to feed you a spoonful of pureed peas. Immediately, you clamp your mouth shut and turn your head away, pouting.

Instead, you gaze towards the bottle of milk that's sitting on top of the kitchen counter. Even with your mother trying to coax you by saying soothing words, your attention is fully directed on the baby bottle on the counter.

Your mother looks over at your dad pleadingly, "Honey, can you give me a hand here?"

In return, he pretends to not hear a thing and he keeps watching sports on the TV.
