You awaken in what looks like a clinic. The last thing you can remember is receiving the blood treatment and signing some sort of contract. On the floor you see a note:

"Seek the pale blood to transcend the hunt"

The clinic itself appears to be empty. Ahead there is a staircase leading to an exit. You hear sounds of flesh and growling below
