Isa stepped out of her castle after announcing an urgent meeting to all her citizens. As she waited for the last of her people to gather into the crowd, she cleared her throat to address the situation.

"People of Sky City, a crime has been committed!"

The crowd gasped and instantly turned to each other, mumbling amongst each other. Isa scanned the crowd, searching for any leads on who could have broken the rules.
