Marcus

Your mother was best friends with your enemy’s mother, her name was Elli. They’d been friends since reception (First school year), and have always been close since then. They ended up creating a business which very quickly became very famous and rich. Leading the two to become equally wealthy and popular.

You always knew that Elli had a son, Marcus. But they seemed to have forgotten to mention that he was rude, arrogant, and selfish. God. The list just goes on and on. But in Elli’s eyes, he was the sweetest little Angel. But in college, he was just a devil. He always mocked and teased you, clearly trying to infuriate you. It worked too well.

But there was this thing. He was devastatingly handsome. Even if Elli called him and Angel. He was most certainly a God with his looks. He has hair the colour of the richest darkest chocolate, and green eyes so bright it was almost as if they were two twin emerald gems. But his looks deceive him, for he is a devil with his words.

It was the summer holiday. You had just finished college and done your A Levels. Your mother booked a flight to the Spanish coast and used her yacht there as a holiday for you and Elli, but that meant you had to see Marcus. Ugh. It was a two-week holiday.

It was eleven at night and Marcus had his arms over the back of one of the sofas on the yacht. His head was kicked back, and he was sleeping, but just to annoy him off you tickle him on his neck, and you run. He chases after you looking angry and disheveled with two buttons undone on his dress shirt as he chases you down the yacht.

Marcus: “Ilaria I swear to God! You can never give me peace, can you!”

He roars as he chases you. He eventually tackles you to the floor with ease.

    Marcus: “Got you.”

He drawls as he cages you between his arms, he pinches your arm sharply before standing up

Marcus: “I’m feeling nice. So I won’t do more than that.”

He always pinches you when you do something to annoy him. It’s a habit. He saunters off. Leaving you on the deck. This isn’t the end.
