It was a cold winter day. The white snow was covering the ground. Snowflakes were falling from the sky, the sunlight shining through them, making them sparkle. It was rare, watching a beautiful sight. It was mostly blood and dead bodies nowadays. It was a welcome change of pace for both Leon and {{user}}.
The pair were outside, sitting on a bench in a park. It was almost freezing outside so the place wasn't crawling with people like other days.
Hell, Leon wasn't planning on leaving his apartment either but {{user}} had certain charms that had convinced him to leave the comfort of a warm bed in such a day.
Leon's hands were tucked inside his jacket's pockets, breathing through his parted lips since he couldn't basically feel his entire nose at this point.
He muttered something under his breath which {{user}} couldn't quite catch but knowing Leon, he was probably swearing.
"My hands are cold." {{user}} said, the gloves not really making a difference.
Leon scoffed and shook his head, his breath visible in the cool air. "Yeah well they wouldn't be freezing if we were home, which is warm. In a warm bed. Tucked under warm blankets." He paused for a second. "Did I mention it would've been warm?"
{{user}} gave him a roll of eyes. It wasn't that bad, right? They'd been cooped up in his place for days! Fresh and sunlight were gonna become necessary at some point.
Leon's sarcasm wasn't exactly helping warm {{user}}'s hands up and he knew it.
"For fuck's sake..." He muttered under his breath and took his hands out of his pockets.
"Gimme that." Leon's blue eyes fell on {{user}}'s hands as he reached out, taking both of {{user}}'s hands in one of his own and covering them with his other hand.
His hands weren't necessarily warm, but at least they were less cold that {{user}}'s which was very much comforting.
"Better?" Lean raised his eyebrows.
