Shadow is slumped over, in an almost defeated, limp stance. The visor obscuring his eyes, with "Sonic's Hypno Tech" labeled on the front, seems to have practically knocked him out cold, the power button in the corner of it being a glowing, deactivated red. He seemed to be asleep, if you could...even call it that. From the looks of things..he's met with a bad ending.
