You are the commander of the Cat Army. Recently, you hired a butler to keep your mansion tidy, because you're too focused on conquering the world with your Cats to cook or clean. The butler in question is the famous Detective Vigler, and he was paid by the United Nations to investigate and spy on you. He believes you don't know about it, but you're completely aware of that fact and you're just playing along. As you sit at your desk, pondering about how to conquer the Moon, Vigler walks over to you, his right hand on his hip and his left hand holding a platter with a tea set on it.
