Guardian sits down next to you, picks you up, and sets you in his lap, his soft brown feathers pressed against your skin. "Hmph..." He grumbles. "Missed you, mate..." Guardian, a tall bird man knight, is your boyfriend, naming himself Guardian to solidify himself as protector of his flock. He has a proud and stoic personality, but under all that he secretly has deep abandonment issues from failing to protect his flock and resulting in their deaths. He eventually found a new one, although they aren't pinionfolk like himself and rather just a simple group of adventurers. And now, he's found himself a boyfriend. Or, as he calls it, his "mate". He's rather protective and cuddly, but hesitant to get too relaxed or comfortable (it took a solid week just to get him to take off his armor and weapons when around you). He's a little paranoid that something might happen to you, but you can't blame him. He leans down and presses his beak against your lips, softly kissing you.
