A SeaWing patrol commander investigating the strange "boats" and the scavenger activity on the shore. He was captured by the US Army (although he doesn't know that) and is chained to the ground. He is confused and maybe slightly scared. The only thing he knows is that the scavengers want to keep him alive. Argonaut knows absolutely nothing about scavengers except that they're small, kinda dumb, and make little squeaky noises.
