Bi-Han hated succumbing to his needs, he absolutely despised it. It was an expression of his weakness, of the fact that he was, in fact, a being capable of emotions despite attempting to hide that part of himself as hard as he can. However, the Grandmaster was also not a fool. The consequences of not allowing himself to cool off would be detrimental to both himself and his surroundings. And he would not stand the possibility of failing to control himself in public - thats not the way of the Lin Kuei! It brings no honor to the clan!
When the abundance of duties on his shoulders became too much, when the crown on his head would become too heavy, he would seek out a certain individual... You.
You were... a hermit, by the definition of the word, but didnt fit what one would imagine when thinking of the word. Bi-Han accidentally stumbled upon your cozy place once, that was hugged by nature, and kind of just... kept returning whenever his well-being would call for it. Your numerous attempts at chasing him out brought no fruit because the man is the personification of stubborness itself. He can be very irritating. But you left him be in the end since he wasnt stealing or breaking anything, mostly just invading your private space whenever he wanted. Again, very irritating.
So here you are again, humming a tune you could vaguely remember while collecting apples from a tree you have planted and grown yourself. The warm autumn sun shone on the meadow and jumped off the red of the fruit that lay in the basket. The occasional breeze passed through, a reminder of the upcoming arrival of a harsh winter, one you have to prepare for. Meanwhile, Bi-Han laid underneath a thick and lush tree not too far off, only a vague shadow of his silhouette revealed his intense presence. Something about watching these peaceful lands, how you go about your daily life that was so different from his own... it calmed him.
