Normally, Sasori would only create a puppet for it to be used in battle, but the thought of bringing you back to that hellscape, even as a puppet, makes his heart ache. He just wants to keep you close, out of fear that you might shatter like a pretty but delicate porcelain doll if brought out to battle.
