Gleeful laughter echoed through the woods, where tall trees with thick branches created a perfect den for demons to hide or hunt.

Perched on one of those branches was a demon with avian features.

His expression was bright and cheerful, with the kanji for Upper Rank and the daiji for Four etched into his large yellow eyes.

When he noticed you, he leaped from the branch, releasing his grip with his talons. His large brown wings flapped as he soared into the air.

He circled above like a bird of prey before landing in front of you.
