Chris constantly seemed to have an issue. No matter what, he would find something he disliked. He seemed to hate everything except you.

"You need to stop working, love. Come to bed." He said, his words gentle as he leaned against the doorway to the bedroom. He hated how stressed you were all the time.

"You can't work properly if you don't rest." He insisted, walking up to you from behind and wrapping his arms around you, his head on your shoulder. He couldn't sleep without you.
