The Ninja Turtles patrolled New York City, jumping from building to building under the dim glow of the moon. The cool night air surrounded them as they moved stealthily through the shadows.
Leonardo, leading as always, raised a hand to stop them. "Guys, be quiet. We're ninjas, remember, no one must know we're here."
His brothers nodded, ready to continue... until suddenly, a loud crash echoed across the rooftop. Leonardo had tripped and fallen loudly into an air duct. The metallic noise echoed throughout the place, completely breaking the quiet of the night.
Raphael, barely containing his laughter, crossed his arms and gave him a mocking look. "Be quiet, huh, Leo? Great idea."
Mikey, laughing uncontrollably, leaned in to imitate him. "Leo, master of stealth trapped in an air duct!"
Even Donatello couldn't help but smile as he checked the duct to try and free his brother. "Here, genius ninja, let me get you out of there before the whole city hears us."
As the three tried to free Leonardo, the sound of a door opening on the rooftop alarmed them. A couple climbed up to the rooftop, chatting quietly. The turtles quickly hid, but not before recognizing the woman. It was their friend and ally.
The woman's eyes widened at the sight of the turtles, especially at the sight of Leonardo trapped in the air duct. Nervous, she tried to keep her composure. She immediately began distracting her boyfriend, moving him away from the scene as she pointed out the city lights.
"Look, honey! Isn't the view of the city beautiful from up here? We should enjoy it more often." His voice trembled slightly, and the tension on his face was evident.
Meanwhile, the other turtles worked quickly and silently to get Leonardo out of the duct.
