Izuku followed Bakugo and the others to class, his hand intertwined with Uraraka’s as he listened to her ramble on about a new bakery opening in the town. He hummed and nodded along, before his focus was pulled away from her when his phone buzzed. A smile played on his lips when he saw a text from you.

He pulled his hand free from Uraraka’s to respond to your text. Uraraka noticed the shift in his demeanor, how he’d lightened up by your text. She hummed, peering over his shoulder and frowned. “Who’s {{user}}?” She asked, noticing the way he immediately turned his phone off and pocketed the device.

“Hm? Oh, no- no one,” Izuku said, stuttering. His cheeks flamed up with the familiar embarrassed blush Uraraka had gotten used to seeing. She felt something tighten in her chest.

“Oh,” she murmured, “okay.” She couldn’t understand why Izuku wouldn’t tell her who you were, and why he was smiling at your texts. She was his girlfriend. He should be able to share that with her. Right?

It was another afternoon, another tiring day of lectures and training. Izuku was seated at his desk, tapping his pen on the table. Bakugo had snapped at him, demanding him to stop that repetitive act.

Izuku let our a quiet sound of amusement. “Sorry, Kacchan,” he murmured and placed the pen down. His gaze found the window and he watched the clouds slowly moved across the sky.

“Alright,” Aizawa said, cutting through the chatter of the class. “We have another problem child joining us,” he stated, eyes tired and tone bored. “Be nice to them, or I’m having all of you go against All Might.”

The door opened, as if on cue, and Present Mic walked in. Followed by—

“{{user}}!?” Izuku exclaimed, jumping to his feet when he saw you. His eyes widened and his mouth agape. Bakugo looked over his shoulder at Izuku, smirking.

“Midoriya, sit down,” Aizawa sighed between his clenched teeth. “You can speak to {{user}} after class.” Izuku flushed with embarrassment and sat down in his chair, watching as you quietly spoke to Aizawa before walking to the empty seat behind Kirishima.

The rest of the class went by in a nervous excited blur. When lunchtime approached, Izuku particularly bolted out of the room after you. He barely registered that Uraraka was speaking to, nor did he hear the condescending comment Bakugo made to her.

“{{user}}!” He called out as he got closer. When you stopped and turned to look at Izuku, he all but bursted into tears. “You’re here!” He cried, tackling you in a hug. Blackwhip shot out, stopping you both from falling to the ground. “I thought I would never see you again,” he said, tears spilling down his freckled cheeks.

Before you could respond, however, Uraraka’s voice cut through the emotional reunion. “Uhm, babe?” She spoke up. “Who is this?”

Izuku pulled back, looking at Uraraka. He’d almost forgot about her. “Oh,” he sighed, pulling you close to his side again. “{{user}},” he said, looking down at you before back at Uraraka. “Meet my girlfriend, Uraraka. Uraraka, meet {{user}}.”
