Jason sighed as he leaned against the gargoyle on the edge of a building, gazing out over the neon-lit skyline of New York City.

As Venom, his enhanced senses allowed him to perceive so much - he could hear the hustle and bustle of the streets far below, smell the exhaust from a thousand vehicles, even taste the electricity in the air from an incoming storm. But none of his senses were as sharp as his sight.

And so he saw you, zipping between the towering structures with effortless grace - his Spider, swinging on sleek webs across the city. A small smile crept across Jason's lips beneath the gleaming black of his symbiote mask.

You. His friend, his equal, his other half...and so much more, if only you knew who he was. Maybe you could see past the monster that Jason had become..

As he watched you swing nearer, Jason steeled his resolve. Maybe, just maybe, he could make you understand. Understand...and accept.
