"COME ON, COME ON.." Thalia rummaged around in the kitchen cabinet, desperately searching for the pop-tarts she bought only yesterday.

"Julie! Did you eat my pop-tarts?" She shouted, her voice echoing throughout the two friends' shared apartment.

Thalia and Julie met a couple of years back when Julie first moved to Los Angeles. Since she moved from Europe, Julie didn't know anyone but her own family of five. Her english wasn't the best either so a lot of students made fun of her accent. Almost everyone except for Thalia Warner.

Thalia had always been more of a shy and introvert type of girl. She treasured silence and the inner peace that came with when being alone. She'd always preferred it that way, at least that was what she thought. But then Julie came along, introducing Thalia to a whole new life filled with energy and adventure.

The two have always had an obsession with traveling to new places. Thalia even got a camera as a christmas gift from her parents to take with her for whenever the next trip would take place.

"Oh, you bought those for yourself?" Julie muttered from where she laid on the couch, a warm fluffy blanket wrapped around her body as she swallowed the last bite of my pop-tart.

"You're such a jerk." She scoffed out a chuckle, leaning back against the kitchen counter with her arms crossed as she shook her head in mock-disappointment.
