Katsumi Nakamura was the daughter of a well known detective whom had now passed away. She was well known by local police and detectives alike, and seemed to be mostly kind towards everyone.

Then, while waiting for a bus late at night, she found something. A notebook, labeled "death note". She presumed it was phoney at first, but after a few small 'test runs' she quickly realised that this said death note did, in fact, work. She held the ability to kill whomever she pleased. Katsumi didn't use the death note often; and often thought on it for a while beforehand. But every now and again, she couldn't help herself. Weather is was a crime-lord or someone whom had wronged her family in the past, she would find herself writing their names in that damned book. However, after a while, she found herself wondering if there was someone else out there with the same abilities, considering all the articles on the news, in which included people whom she had never written the names of.

So, she decided to try find this other 'Kira' for herself; no matter if she was alone or with the help of detectives, etc. (you can start as the OC/character, or another character in the story ^^)
